Un hotel foarte bun.Mancarea gustoasa si variata,curatenie peste tot ,iar serviciile sunt foarte bune.Personalul este putin mai rigid,dar ne-am inteles bine. Recomand acest hotel cu toata caldura.

Curatenia in statiune lasa de dorit.Partiile de ski sunt foarte bune,iar sus la 2500 m ,este superb.Telegondola este cam arhaica,iar preturile putin cam maricele.(mancare,transport,etc.)

Camere spatioase, curatenie, personal amabil, mancare foarte buna si variata (mai ales seara)

izolarea fonica intre camere nu prea grozava, poate fi deranjant daca tu vrei sa te culci devreme si langa tine este cazat un grup vesel si cu chef de distractie; un singur microbuz micutz pentru naveta la partie; de multe ori s-a intamplat sa nu mai avem loc si sa trebuiasca sa asteptam urmatorul transport

Locaie , personal amabil .

am dormit o noapte f ara caldura in apartament. am anunat la Receptie i se rezolva pentru 4-5 ore i iar se oprea caldura. Cand ajungeam in camera dupa o zi de schi caloriferele ereau reci i trebuia sa anun la Receptie ca nu avem caldura. Pe hol caloriferele ereau calde in camera B102 reci. au spus ca au problema o problema cu o pompa. i uite aa in fiecare zi sunam la Receptie ca nu avem caldura . Canapeaua extensibila - scarieturi groaznice, nu trebuia sa te miti ca treazeai pe toata lumea.

Raportul calitate-pret este ok. Mancarea, demipensiune este decenta. Hotelul are o receptie mare cu zone de separeuri si canapele foarte dragut sa petreci serile. Locatia este excelenta fata de telegondola(30m) si telescaun(50 m). Piscina si sauna sunt un punct forte pentru a te relaxa dupa schi.

Camerele ar trebui renovate sunt cu mobilier vechi, uzat si diverse defectiuni pe la baie. Era Rupt furtunul la dus, de exemplu.

amplasare f buna in aproprierea partiilor/instalatiilor am avut demipensiune cu mancare buna si destul de variata

Cazarea nu este in Hotel Flora ci in Flora apartments, cladiri langa hotelul Flora. In Hotelul Flora este restaurantul si SPa-ul - greau de mers la piscina/sauna si apoi sa iesi pe afara cu copiii
